Thanksgiving 2012

 The prep team.
My two favorite girls - so thankful for them. They bring so much joy, happiness, and laughter to my
life. Love them so much!

How many people does it take to carve a turkey?
So much food Colleen can't possible decide what to eat!
Mom carving the turkey- it was a big one!
 The kids eating turkey dinner.
Chocolate cream, pumpkin, or cherry pie for dessert! Yum!
 Naked indian and Lane.
 Gracie LOVES pumpkin pie!
Evie ate hers, but she's more of a chocoholic.

Ice cream turkey - very cool - the girls loved this.

Halloween 2012

Carving pumpkins. This is as close to cleaning out a pumpkin Evie was - she did not like the gooey feeling.  Gracie on the other hand, was covered in pumpkin.
Bought a little hand saw at Junkfest this year and it worked awesome for carving!
The girls wanted to have spooky pumpkins.  This was our first year with a really big pumpkin and I have to say I really liked it! Lots of room to put a big ole face on it!
We went up a day early to trick or treat Papa and Grandma Jo and Grandma and Grandpa Lund.
The cutest fairy and parrot ever!
We met up with Piper at Grandma and Grandpa Hofmeister's house and went trick or treating together!
They had a lot of fun together.

 Awww...love this!
Gracie going crazy with all the candy she was getting.
Evie was a little more reserved at first going up to the houses, but once she figured out that you got candy - she was all about it.  I've never seen so many suckers eaten in such a small amount of time; I'm surprised they went to sleep at all that night.  We had a great Halloween!

Gracie is 5!

Where has the time gone. Gracie turned 5 on the 21st of October! She is such a free and loving spirit and makes us laugh all the time. Where would the world be without our Gracie - definitely not the same. This girl has a wonderful imagination and loves animals to death! We love you so much Gracie! I hope you had a great 5th BDay!

Vala's Pumpkin Patch 2012

We always take pictures by the huge pumpkins that they grow, but this year they grew them where only a 4 wheeler could get to - grrrrrr. So, we settled for second best - I love this picture!
I love all their pretty mums - always get a pic with the girls by the mums.
The had lots of pretty fall trees there too - got one with Hoff and the girls.
Had a balloon lady on the Tuesday that we went - nice slow day - I can't stand it when its so busy.
This is Evie's "scared" face. Hahahaha!
Ran into a couple pirates there :)
There are so many photo opportunities there - I easily can take over a hundred pictures.
 Once again, beautiful trees.....
 and beautiful girls.
Evie making a "witch" face. She LOVES witches - just like her Mom.
Family pic - love this one!
Gracie wanted to take a picture of me with this skeleton in the window - she did good!
Decided to take these little spooks home with us at the end of the night! We had a good time.

Rocaberry Farms 2012

We went to Rocaberry as a "spir of the moment" thing on a Friday night.  Its was a good decision because nobody was there! I took this picture because the girls lead me down this path all the time- ha just kidding, kinda.
We love Rocaberry because it is on a smaller scale and has more to do for younger kids. Also, the pumpkins are cheaper!
We fed the cute little goats. One tried to eat Gracie's shoe.
They have the jumping pillows there. The girls really had a lot of fun on them.
We all got to jump on them as we had them to ourselves for a period of time.

They both got buried in the corn with only their heads peeking out - they thought that was funny.

Evie coming down the big slide - love her face!
The girls dancing to the monster band.
Then, we stopped and took pictures by a beautiful tree in the ditch - ha!
It was a fun day.
