There was quite a few geese out there. And surprisingly, they were all in a good mood! No hissing or charging Cherri!
Gracie and Evie were just thrilled to be back at our old relaxing spot! Mostly cause I told them we'd go on a nature walk, but we just walked around the park!
She loves it when she can roam freely.
I love giving this sweet little face a whole bunch of kisses. She is such an independent little girl and so funny!Got a good pic of one of the rainbow trouts - usually in this fish ponds the only ones you can see really well are the orange fish! The sun was at just the right angle! The green moss was such a pretty color!
Evie is such a big girl - she almost looks as big as Gracie! When people see my picture of them in my name badge at work they always as "Are they twins?" Evie B. could definitely be my volleyball/basketball player. They were running towards the playground equipment.
Awwww.....sisters!
Smile big! Like you love each other!
We had a lot of fun just relaxing in the sun and soaking up the rays - we watched the geese swim over the lake. Gracie is getting so grown up! Makes me sad and glad.
The girls were checking out the pond - there was baby fish in there!
The weather this winter has just been outstanding! Hardly any snow and weather mostly in 30's,40's and 50's! Even a few record breaking days in the 60's! Wonder if this is what an Oklahoma winter feels like! I hope we get some rain, but really don't miss the snow! I'm thinking Feb and March may bring us something nasty!Hoff got me a new lens for my canon camera for my birthday! I love it! I can zoom in really far! At the end of our day, we did some bird watching! This isn't the bird, but there was one little chickadee that really wasn't happy we were there - it was really cussing us out.
There was like 5 cardinals there hiding in a bush - they were so pretty! We really enjoyed the day! Can't wait for the next 50 something degree day!
